We ship worldwide, direct to your door.
Malaysia
Orders are shipped from our Malaysian warehouse. Shipping within Malaysia is a flat RM10 per item, shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include SST where applicable. Typical delivery time is 1–3 working days to Peninsular Malaysia and 3–5 working days to Sabah and Sarawak.
International
We ship to most countries via DHL Express. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight or the dimensions of your order, whichever is greater, so you see the exact cost before you pay.
Typical delivery is 3–7 working days to most destinations.
Where we cannot ship
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO), as DHL Express requires a physical street address. We do not ship to Israel at all.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number. Please give us an accurate email address and mobile number at checkout — DHL uses both to arrange delivery, and a wrong number is the most common cause of a delayed parcel.
Pre-order items
If your order contains a pre-order item, we hold the whole order and ship it together once every item is in stock. If you would rather receive the in-stock items straight away, email us at info@durianbikers.com and we will split the shipment for you.
